Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

MosaicFace print products are personalized goods created according to the customer's individual selection and configuration.

For that reason, the standard consumer right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized print products once the order has been placed, subject to mandatory law.

This usually means a print order cannot be cancelled simply because the customer changed their mind after purchase.

Digital exports are non-tangible digital content.

Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal for digital content may be lost once performance begins, but only where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, as required by law.

If such consent has not been validly collected where required, statutory withdrawal rights may still apply.

Nothing on this page limits the customer's rights where:

• the delivered product is damaged,
• the delivered product is defective,
• the delivered product is materially incorrect, or
• mandatory consumer rights provide another remedy.
