MosaicFace allows customers to create personalized photo mosaics in the browser.

Depending on the selected option, customers may purchase:

• digital high-resolution exports, and/or
• personalized print products.

Original photos are processed locally in the browser. Only the final mosaic may be uploaded where needed for paid export delivery, print fulfillment, or related order handling, as described in the Privacy Policy.

By using MosaicFace, you confirm that:

• you are legally allowed to enter into a binding contract, and
• you have the necessary rights to use and upload the photos and other content you submit.

You remain responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring that it does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or contain unlawful material.

We try to describe our digital exports and print products as clearly as possible. However, product images, previews, mockups, dimensions, and colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials, print production, framing, and fulfillment conditions.

Mockups and preview images are illustrative unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product or service.

A contract is formed only when MosaicFace accepts the order. For digital exports, acceptance may occur when payment is successfully processed and delivery begins. For print orders, acceptance may occur when payment is successfully processed and the order is sent into production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, for example in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, pricing error, or unlawful content.

Prices shown on the website may depend on the selected product, configuration, country, currency, and checkout details.

Unless otherwise stated:

• shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout for print orders,
• taxes may be calculated at checkout where applicable, and
• payment is processed through Stripe, the payment provider used by MosaicFace.

The final amount will be shown before you complete checkout.

Print products offered through MosaicFace are personalized goods made from customer-selected content and configurations.

Once a print order has been confirmed and sent into production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Because print products are personalized, we usually cannot offer refunds or ordinary returns just because you changed your mind after ordering, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.

Digital exports are delivered digitally after successful payment and fulfillment of the relevant delivery conditions.

Because digital exports are non-tangible digital content, special withdrawal rules may apply under applicable consumer law. Please see the Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal page for details.

Digital export delivery typically takes place electronically.

Print delivery times depend on destination, product type, production routing, carrier handling, and fulfillment conditions. Any timelines shown are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If a print product arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, please contact support as soon as reasonably possible and include:

• the order ID,
• a short description of the issue, and
• clear photos showing the problem.

Where appropriate, MosaicFace may offer a replacement, reprint, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances.

The MosaicFace website, branding, interface, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

This does not transfer ownership of customer-uploaded content to MosaicFace beyond what is needed to provide the service.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, MosaicFace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data not caused by our breach of mandatory obligations, or losses arising from customer-provided content, third-party carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the customer's country of residence where required by law.
